This gorgeous healing hand necklace features four tufa cast hand links stationed between monsoon stamped chain links with a larger removable hand pendant front and center. The necklace measures 24-1/2 inches plus an additional 2 inch extension chain for moderate adjustment. The side hand pieces are each 2-1/2 inches long while the removable center pendant measures 3 inches long. Even better? Each hand shows off its own gemstone ring.
